With all the political unrest, I feel so small and unimportant. I feel like the more I think about political and social issues, the more the people behind them seem corrupt and uninterested in the well-being of the people they govern over, so I find myself disassociating. At the same time, then I feel guilty about not putting in the effort to know more. Where is the line between self-preservation and being informed?
